eBill notifications are sent to students three weeks prior to the tuition due date each semester.
You can also view your My eBill on your Online Center.
Your bill will be considered paid if your pending financial aid is equal to or greater than your account balance.
Several payment options are available if you do not have financial aid or it is not enough to pay your entire bill.
- Pay online with a credit card
- Mail payment to Cashier's Office
- Pay in person at the Cashier's Office
- Enroll in the FACTS payment plan

If a credit balance exists, up to $900 will be available to charge against at the GRCC Bookstore prior to the beginning of each semester through the second week of school up to $300 of this amount can be transferred to the Student’s Raider card. Any funds remaining after the Bookstore and Raider card charges have been deducted will be available to students after confirmation of attendance in classes has occurred.
