Theodora Quick Scholarship Application

This completed form must be submitted to Curt Baragar, 216 CPP Hall, Mathematics Department, no later than March 14.

This scholarship will be awarded to a full-time GRCC student, in any curriculum, who expects to study mathematics through Calculus.   The recipient must have a 3.0 or better G.P.A. and must attend GRCC during at least the Fall semester of next academic year and will be awarded during that school year.   Scholastic ability, with emphasis on mathematical ability, will be a priority in selection.

  • Print out both pages and complete the student section below.
  • Include an unofficial transcript. 
  • Write an essay explaining why you believe you have demonstrated the scholastic ability necessary to earn this scholarship.
  • Have a faculty member complete the faculty section, the second page of this document.
