Nations Cup International Student Culinary Competition

The Nation's Cup was created in 2005 in the spirit of supporting professional and cultural learning for tomorrow's chefs.  This is a biennial event structured like the “Iron Chef” TV show, where competitors are presented with mystery ingredients and given a limited amount of time to turn them into five-star gourmet fare. 

Grand Rapids Community College’s Secchia Institute for Culinary Education welcomes teams of student chefs from across the globe to the kitchens October 22-24, 2015 as they vie for the title of Nation's Cup 2015 Winner.
