We require one or a combination of the following documents, as applicable, upon space rental:

  • Written use agreement.
  • Verification of not-for-profit status.
  • Insurance documents as event requires.

*Certificates of insurance are required for events with 50 people or more and/or which involve activity or equipment.

Additional Costs

  • Additional facility and Campus Police costs will be charged when required for event times outside of normal business operations.
  • Arena cost rental will include costs for facility services necessary to provide for event.
  • Food services and catering costs: Negotiated and direct bill with service provider.
  • Necessary AV/Media expenses: Negotiated and direct bill with service provider.
